FELDA is probably one of the most malay-populated area in Malaysia. i like the surroundings in FELDA. houses of neighbours nearby, the arrangment of houses, landscape and etc. well, for my photoshoot job on last March 14, 2009, it was held in FELDA near Kuala Ketil. the reception ceremony was so happening. with silat and singing, i am glad that i am part of it! :)

[Kulim Hi-Tech Park Mountainbike explorace 2009]

on 8 March 2009, hired as OP for this event, my job is to capture moments/photos of this ride from start until the end. actually, i was into MTB before but it was a while ago when my last feet on pedals due to some circumstances. this ride distance is approx. 55km that consist of onroad and offroad. the event start as early as 7.30am in the morning and finish at 4.00pm in the evening. the first rider to arrive was at 10.15am, with ride duration at a staggering time of approx. 2hrs45min. this guy, Zabidi from Permatang Pauh, against all odds, denies organizer's expectation that the first rider would arrive at 11.30am. way to go Zabidi! you should sign up with National Team someday! :)

[outdoor session | Khirul & Nurul | Kuala Nerang]

northern states of Malaysia are full of greeny area such as paddy field, palm oil and rubber trees. well, for this outdoor session that happened in Feb 2009, lucky enough for us that this area (somewhere in Kuala Nerang, Kedah) have both. paddy field nearby rubber trees. taking advantage of this, the outdoor session encumbered both area in sixties theme (tema 60-an).

"Khirul just finished his rubber tapping is waiting his lover, Nurul to come for some drinks and of course, to relieve their longing for each other..."
